I have had a love of real estate since 1983. I obtained my California Real Estate license in 1992 and earned my Certification in Property Management (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1995. As a property manager first, I represented property owners for acquisitions/disposition, construction projects and overseeing assets both physically and financially. As a realtor, I provide expert real estate services in both residential and income properties. I rigorously assess a real estate market (pricing strategy) and apply my strong negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for both buyer and seller. I apply this same rigor to my own income properties in California and Arizona. I love serving veterans and seniors - Two groups who need care, compassion and someone who understand their specific needs. I proudly earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) and Probate & Trust certification.
