Over twenty years ago I entered the Real Estate world as a successful investor. I’ve knocked down walls, flipped houses, managed several construction projects at the same time, dealt with various loan types, including construction loans, and assisted many sellers and buyers with their own goals and dreams. I really do know houses. My experience has taught me that no two deals are alike. I use the time at the beginning of each relationship to understand my clients needs and wants, in order to build a service experience that will exceed their expectations.
